Additional Info Annual Art-Oberfest, sponsored by The Helen Arts & Heritage Center, Helen, Ga and held during the town's Oktoberfest celebration. The event is held on the property of the arts center, both indoor and outdoor spaces available. Outdoor booths must be properly weighted with a white or tan canopy.Event includes a large variety of outdoor arts and craft booths, local musicians, food vendors, face painting, baked goods and more.
