Additional Info	Vendor Information and Requirements: (Please read carefully) • Booth space fees: $25 for an approximate 10’ x 10’ space. • Vendors must provide their own tents (must be weighted down), tables, and chairs. Vendors will be located outside in the parking lot located at 400 W. Williamsburg Rd. • Please provide a detailed description of your booth items on the registration form. • Vendors will be allowed to set up starting at 1:00pm the day of the event and must be set up no later than 3pm. Clean up may begin at 7:00pm. You are welcome to stay longer if you like. • Vendors are responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition as it was originally received, (For example: removal of all debris such as boxes and trash).
